This Privacy Policy describes how Digital Wala Developer ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Image to Video Converter mobile application (the "App"). We built this App with a simple principle: your photos and videos are yours, and we try to touch as little of your personal data as possible.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App's core function — converting your selected photos into a video — happens entirely on your device. Your photos, the videos you create, and their content are never uploaded to our servers, never transmitted to us, and never seen by us. We do not have servers that store your images or exported videos.

2. Permissions the App Uses

The App may request the following device permissions, used only for the stated purpose:

Photos / Media / Storage access — to let you select the images you want to convert, and to save the exported video to your device's gallery (Movies/ImageToVideoConverter folder).
Notifications — to show you the export progress notification, especially useful when video export continues in the background.

All image processing (cropping, rotating, resizing, encoding) is performed locally on your device using on-device video processing libraries. No image or video content leaves your phone through the App's own functionality.

3. Information Automatically Collected

Like most modern apps, we may use third-party services that automatically collect limited technical information to help the App run reliably and, if applicable, to display advertisements. This may include:

Device type, operating system version, and app version (crash/analytics data)
Advertising identifier (if ads are shown in the App), used for ad delivery and measurement
General, non-precise usage statistics (e.g. which features are used, crash reports)

This technical information is collected by our third-party service providers, not by us directly, and is never linked to the photos or videos you process in the App.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

5. Data Retention

Exported videos are saved directly to your device's local storage. We do not retain any copy of your content. Uninstalling the App or clearing its cache/storage removes any temporary files the App created during processing.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

7. Your Choices

You can deny or revoke storage/media/notification permissions at any time from your device Settings, though some features may not work without them.
You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads from your device's ad settings.
You can delete all local App data by uninstalling the App.

8. Security

Since your photos and videos are processed and stored only on your own device, their security depends on your device's own security settings (lock screen, storage permissions, etc.). We recommend keeping your device and operating system up to date.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Image to Video Converter App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial (or lawful commercial) purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the photos and videos you create using the App. We claim no ownership or rights over your content. You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring you have the necessary rights or permissions to use, crop, and convert any photo you select
Not using the App to process content that infringes copyright, violates privacy, or breaks applicable law
Any consequences of sharing or distributing videos you create with the App

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

Create or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App beyond what is permitted by law
Interfere with the App's normal operation or attempt unauthorized access to its systems

5. Intellectual Property

The App itself — its design, code, graphics, logo, and branding ("Digital Wala Developer") — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any App-related intellectual property to you, other than the limited license above.

6. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements served through Google AdMob and may use Firebase for analytics/crash reporting. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements shown within the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your country of residence.

Disclaimer

1. "As Is" Basis

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

2. No Guarantee of Output Quality

Video conversion, cropping, rotation, and export results depend on the source images you select, your device's hardware/software capabilities, and available storage/battery. We do not guarantee that exported videos will always meet a particular quality, resolution, or be free of processing errors.

3. Data Loss

While we design the App to save your exported videos safely to your device's gallery, we are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from use of the App, device malfunction, insufficient storage, or user error. Please keep your own backups of important photos and videos.

4. Background Processing

The App may continue video export in the background (including when the screen is locked or the App is minimized) using a foreground service. Actual behavior can vary by device manufacturer, battery optimization settings, and operating system version, which are outside our control.

5. Third-Party Advertisements

Any advertisements displayed in the App are served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the products, services, or content of any advertiser or third-party link shown within the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Wala Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for the content you create, including ensuring that images used and videos produced comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others.
